Johnnie Walker Black Label

Johnnie Black Highball

Johnnie Walker Black Label, soda, citrus twist—classic and crisp.

  • 1¼ oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • 4 oz. chilled soda water
  • Orange twist for garnish

Build in Highball glass over long ice. Stir gently. Garnish with twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils.

Johnnie Black Old Fashioned

Smoky backbone, subtle spice, citrus lift.

Recipe:

  • 1¼ oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Lemon or orange peel for garnish

Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain over a large rock in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.

Johnnie Black Manhattan

A smoky twist on the timeless Manhattan.

Recipe:

  • 1¼ oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • ½ oz. sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Cherry for garnish

Stir over ice. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with cherry.



Lagavulin 16 Year Old

Lagavulin Highball

Lagavulin’s smoky peat meets bright citrus.

Recipe:

  • 1¼ oz. Lagavulin 16 year old
  • 4 oz soda water
  • Lemon peel or thyme sprig for garnish

Build in Highball glass over long ice. Stir lightly. Garnish with twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils.

Lagavulin Spicy Margarita

Smoky peat, citrus, and subtle heat in an Islay-accented riff on the classic.

  • 1¼ oz. Lagavulin 16 year old
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. jalapeño agave syrup*
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice with lime wheel garnish.

*Ingredients: 20 oz agave syrup, 5 oz hot water, 3-6 jalapeños (to taste). Stir agave with hot water, blend with jalapeños for 1 min, then strain, pressing to extract liquid.

Lagavulin Negroni

Bittersweet, peaty, and sophisticated.

Recipe:

  • ½ oz. Lagavulin 16 year old
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • ½ oz. sweet vermouth
  • Orange twist for garnish

Stir over ice. Strain into coupe or over large rock. Garnish with orange twist.



Oban 14 Year Old

Oban Highland Highball

Smooth coastal character with a citrus accent.

  • 1¼ oz. Oban 14 year old
  • 4 oz. chilled soda water
  • Lemon peel or floral bitters for garnish

Build in Highball glass over long ice. Stir gently. Garnish with twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils.

Oban Jungle Bird by the Sea

A delightfully tropical Scotch serve.

  • 1 oz. Oban 14 year old
  • ½ oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Barspoon of simple syrup
  • Pineapple frond and lime wedge for garnish

Shake lightly with ice. Strain over a large rock in a rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple frond and/or lime wedge.

Oban Paper Plane

Bright and complex twist on a modern classic.

Recipe:

  • ½ oz. Oban 14 year old
  • ½ oz. Amaro Nonino
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Aperol (or similar)
  • Lemon peel for garnish

Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with lemon peel.



Buchanan's Deluxe 12 Year Old

Buchanita

Vibrant, crowd-friendly tropical delight.

  • 1 oz. Buchanan’s Deluxe 12 year old
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • Pineapple wedge and/or frond for garnish

Shake hard with ice for foam. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and/or frond.

Buchanan's Tropical Breeze

Bright, lush, and inviting.

Recipe:

  • 1½ oz. Buchanan’s 12 year old
  • 1 oz. guava or mango nectar (or blend)
  • ½ oz. grapefruit juice
  • Lime wheel and/or grapefruit wedge for garnish

Shake Buchanan’s, nectar, grapefruit juice, and syrup with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel or grapefruit wedge.

Buchanan's & Coconut

Unexpected, minimal, and delicious.

  • 1½ oz. Buchanan’s Deluxe 12 year old
  • Frozen coconut water ice cube(s)

Pour Scotch over coconut ice in rocks glass. No garnish needed.
